I’ve always been interested in the psychological aspect of ‘breaking’ a male\/slave and have found that\u00a0in order\u00a0to break his will, I must first start with the body. Pain can be used very effectively but this is not always an option,\u00a0and so,\u00a0here PT can be very effective. To physically exhaust a slave so that he is sweating, panting and exhausted makes him so much more pliable. Plus you get to stand there laughing at his naked feebleness. The male mind cannot concentrate on more than one thing, try asking a slave simple math while making him do star-jumps, it’s a technique used by the British Army to much effect.
