Exotic Cancer, a Melbourne based digital artist, kicked off her creativejourney in 2017 by posting her artwork on Instagram. Her carnal and provocative illustrations, shaped by her experiences in the world of strip clubs, grabbed
attention fast with their unfiltered direct storytelling. Transforming raw, intimate moments into satirical, empowering narratives that challenge societal stigmas around the sex industry. She soon transitioned from a passion project to a full-time career.
She says the themes within her work can be summarized in three words: female sexual empowerment. The aesthetic is both playful, unflinching and confrontational, with clean lines, vibrant contrasts, and a touch of the macabre, creating a visually striking commentary on sexuality. She explores the darker facets of human desire, lust, male & female power dynamics, and the tangled web of human connection, casting these themes against a dark, dystopian backdrop.

Alongside her potent, suggestive illustrations and animations, Exotic Cancer pours her imagination into standout product designs, jumping across all sorts 
of mediums with her signature darkness. Nightshift, her board game smashed through crowdfunding expectations, raking in over a million dollars on Kickstarter, transforming her art and life experiences into an interactive experience.
